About SECL GROUP
The Group of Companies SECL GROUP (the transcription is [sekl gru:p]) is the holding company, founded on the 22nd of November 1994 in Ukraine; at present it consists of 10 companies having their business activities in the field of marketing and internet technologies.
Today, SECL GROUP is a rapidly developing company, working mainly in the market of Ukraine and starting entering the markets of Russia, USA and Europe, with which it works distantly.
The Company has got an excellent corporative culture set up and an outstanding tight-knit team. The Company’s key slogan is “There is nothing impossible!” The entire corporative culture is based on the principles of democracy that provides the employees with significant freedom and is aimed at stimulating the potential of each personality.
In our work, we extensively benefit from the modern technologies, being safe to say that we are an innovative company. One of our peculiarities is mobile offices, being the technology widely spread in the USA and other developed countries. Our staff works in two offices, and many of our employees work distantly in several countries and dozens of cities. Our think tank is in Simferopol where the most part of the work is done. This allows significantly decreasing our expenses and improving our performance. In the future, we plan to abandon the office conception and become a virtual company.
In our work we pay special attention to the quality and therefore we use the quality control system Total Quality Management, which provides for continuous improvement of the quality of all business processes in our company.
At present, SECL GROUP has got hundreds of partners and customers, among which there are the largest companies of Ukraine and Russia.
Mission and Philosophy
Our mission (purpose) is to provide the marketing services on new, high-quality level being different from commonness, attracting attention and helping to succeed in marketing, namely to increase sales at ultimately effective rate!
"Help in the world of marketing" is our philosophy and slogan as we help our customers to make right decisions.
SECL GROUP is not the copy of large advertising holdings; we are the company of choice as we work greater!
Owners and Management Team
The major owner and the President of the Group of Companies is Nikita Semenov holding 90% share of the Company. The Directors of companies-divisions, being incorporated into the Holding, own 10% of the controlled entities in the form of options.
All main decisions are taken by the Board of Management, the major members of which are as follows:

- CVO — Khrebtov Yuriy Sergeyevich
- CFO — Semenov Andrey Vladimirovich
- CIO — Ametov Refat Shevketovich
The origin of SECL GROUP name
We are often asked, what does the word SECL mean? According to the legend, this word goes deeps into the Southern language of the ancient Phoenician civilization, and in modern language the closest meaning of the one is similar to “a prosperous tradesman”, in other words, a man possessing good selling skills. With the lapse of time, the word had naturalized in the Greek civilization with the similar meaning. The word had undergone changes and advanced towards the modern world, but gradually it had been almost lost…Until our company arose. When thinking about the name for our company, we heard this legend by chance and were impressed by it greatly. We liked the word, its meaning and the story itself, so now it is our name. We do not know for sure if this is true or not, but we do like the story!
Later on, the name SECL was added by the word GROUP in connection with the Company’s reforming into the Group of Companies.
